Refund
The library is free to read; here is the notice anyway.
Mentisarcway does not sell access to the shelf, so there is no purchase to refund. This page exists so the legal row in the footer is honest about that.
No paid access
The library is free to read in full. There is no subscription, no paid tier, no token gate, and no charge for any entry, reading path, or glossary term. Because no payment is taken, there is no transaction to reverse.
If you sent a donation
The library does not solicit donations and does not operate a donation address. If you sent tokens to any address believing it to be Mentisarcway, that address is not ours, and we cannot recover the tokens. Please write to [email protected] with the transaction signature so we can note the address as fraudulent in the next changelog.
Errata and corrections
If a printed or downloaded copy of an entry contains an error that was corrected in a later version, the correction is recorded in the entry changelog. We do not issue refunds for printed copies, because we do not sell printed copies; readers print at their own expense from the stable URL.
Cancellation of correspondence
A reader who has written to the editors may cancel the correspondence at any time by sending a second message asking us to stop. We will delete the original message on request, as set out in the privacy notice.
