What the library is

Mentisarcway is a free, editorial reference library about one proof-of-stake network. The entries are written and maintained by the named editors. The library does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, custody of digital assets, or any regulated financial activity under the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Permitted use

Readers may read, quote, and cite entries for personal study, research, and non-commercial publication. When quoting, please cite the entry title, the version date shown in the entry changelog, and the stable URL. A short quoted excerpt with attribution is welcome; reproducing an entire entry elsewhere is not.

What is not allowed

Readers may not republish full entries, scrape the shelf for automated redistribution, or present edited excerpts as if they were the editors' current view. The library may not be framed inside another site in a way that hides the Mentisarcway URL or the changelog.

No investment advice

Nothing in the library is a recommendation to buy, sell, stake, delegate, or hold any digital asset. Entries describe how the network and its programs work, not what a reader should do with their own tokens. A reader making a decision about their own assets should consult a licensed adviser in their jurisdiction.

Liability

The editors work in good faith and re-check entries against primary sources, but the library is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. The network changes, and an entry may lag a recent upgrade. The reader is responsible for verifying any on-chain detail against a current block explorer before acting on it.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date below is updated and a short note is added to the changelog of the most recent affected entry. Continued use of the library after a change is taken as acceptance of the revised terms.
